Return and Refund Policy

At Deluv, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns:
You may return most items within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. To be eligible, items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

How to Return:
Please contact us at DELUVFASHION1@GMAIL.COM to initiate a return. We will provide instructions on how to send back your item.

Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days, and the amount will be credited to your original payment method.

Exchanges:
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please notify us during the return process. Exchanges are subject to availability.

Return Shipping Costs:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Non-Returnable Items:
For hygiene reasons, certain items such as underwear or custom-made products may not be eligible for return.
